DOES IT HURT? – A common question I get asked…

The Skin Classic High Frequency Treatment does sting and/or burn a little. It’s very tolerable, and the average person tolerates the procedure well since the discomfort is only when the probe is touching the skin irregularity. It only takes a few seconds to treat an individual spot on the skin, so most clients say it’s uncomfortable, but no need for numbing prior to the treatment. If you are someone who does not tolerate pain at all, you should consider speaking with your medical provider for a prescription of topical numbing cream to apply 20 minutes before your appointment if you are going to get skin irregularities treated.

The Dermafrac Microdermabrasion and Microchanneling device does not need any numbing cream. The vacuum assisted device gently pulls the skin towards the dermabrasion pad and the microneedling wheel so that the wand can easily glide over the skin, pulling the skin away from the bone, which makes the procedure very comfortable. Most people say it feels like sandpaper and may be a little prickly, but it is not painful. During microchanneling, the fine needle wheel is also bathing the skin with a serum, which providers a cooling effect to make the procedure much more comfortable.

Yes, I offer services for all skin types.. My approach is inclusive, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their skin type or background, receives personalized care and effective treatment options.
